The Leiya Isles is a lawless set of Islands where pirates of all sorts band together, claiming the whole territory as  a home. Due to them knowing the waters, and the land like the back of their hands, attempts to cease control and bring order have been met with very little success. Its ecosystem is rich and flourishing, allowing its residence to easily sustain themselves on mainly sea food. Granted due to their piracy,  they have no qualms stealing from trade ships that are poorly defended.
